You can see many black and gold bedrooms on houzz if you enter "black and gold bedrooms" in the search block above. Instead of dark gray, I'd like to see your accent wall painted black. The other walls could be a wheat tone such as you see in the photo below. As you look through the black and gold bedrooms, you'll see that they're mostly just black and gold. I think you could add a small coral colored accent, but don't overdo it.
