We are having a sliding glass door installed today off of our master bedroom and a metal roof overhang 8 feet out. What type of patio would you suggest? The ground slopes so we plan. To level it and put in a retaining wall, plus we live in Oregon so freezing temperatures are common in winter. Any suggestions- we were thinking pavers, but if so, what type? We want to do this ourselves. Thanks for your ideas!
