My mother planted seeds from a seed exchange she attended last year, the envelope is "Southern Exposure Seed Exchange" and is marked Parsnip. Well they are growing but they are definately not parsnip! I'm going crazy trying to figure out what they are. I will have to make the trip to get a photo of the plant itself. I do have the seed packet (please see photos) After a long search.... it could be goat's beard.

Help identifying them from the seed if possible,please & thank you.
