Hi everyone, I'm new on here and after reading all the great old posts, I've finally built up the courage to add my own!

We are small market gardener located in zone 3, Manitoba, and have been selling produce via kijijii for the last 3 years. Our biggest crop is cucumbers, but also sell a bit of everything, including tomatoes, beets, carrots, hot and sweet peppers, potatoes, squash. Our primary market is people that preserve food, so people looking to buy by the lb. we usually never have an order for less than 20 lbs of beets or cucs, then they might buy a bit of whatever else we may have in season.

We plant everything inside, and before reading on this forum i had never heard of high or low tunnels!! I'm not sure if people around here just don't know about them or what, but I am very interested in trying some out!

We don't sell at a farmers market, yet, and we grow all heirloom varieties of things and grow organically. We're not certified organic but are looking into it.

My first question to you all would be how would you expand? We are planning on putting up a green house for starting seeds which could hopefully also grow some tomatoes (which I also had never heard of people doing multiple plantings of tomatoes in a year until reading it here!! The things that are possible in a warmer climate!). I start all of our plants now under grow lights, but we don't live on our farm, so I have to transport all the seedlings out in the van. There is water, electricity, tractors, sprinklers...

So if this was you, what next? Green house? High tunnels? Low tunnels? Farmers markets?
