I don't think there is any way to know what you'll get. You'll just have to watch and wait and see what happens. I rarely grow Yokohama (or Black Futtsu) any more because they never produced nearly as many fruit per plant as Seminole, though their flavor, when fully cured, was fine indeed and they stored well for months. So, hopefully when the genes resorted after cross-pollination, hopefully your seeds produced plants that will give you the higher productivity of Seminole and a flavor equivalent to either of them would be great too. Could it give you something totally inedible? I suppose it could but any winter squash crosses I've ever gotten were perfectly edible----though sometimes very odd in appearance.

Also, keep in mind that if someone within maybe 1/4-1/2 mile of you had any type of C. Moschata in bloom at the same time your plants were blooming last year, you might have an even bigger surprise in store because insects could have carried their pollen to your plants.
