My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Don't understand the dimensions

Love this fabric but I don't get how I'd use a 7" by 7" square of it. I would love to make two lumbar pillow covers with it.

    7"x7" is referring to the pattern repeat. This fabric is sold by the linear yard and its 54" wide. Two lumbar pillows I would imagine wouldn't take any more than 1 yd.
