What color is the ceiling and trim and the corresponding sheens?

Hi Michael, thanks for the question. The ceiling and trim were already there and they are the standard builders colors. The standard is for ceilings to be flat and trim to be satin. Builders usually use a warm white similar to Benjamin Moore's White Dove. For a more modern look go for a cool white like Benjamin Moore's Snow White. Hope this helps and good luck.
