does anyone know of any online guide that says how many plants we need to save seeds for outbreeding & inbredding crops?

I was specifically looking into kale, & read that the brassicas need a minimum of 20 plants to save seed. But 40 is better. I read figures higher than that like 80 & 100, as well.
