Tree with White Blossoms

Is the tree with the white blossoms an Evergreen Magnolia? If not then please tell me kind of tree it is?

    Hi Deborah. It's an Elderflower tree - Sambucus. Looks lovely. A bit sticky but the bonus is you can make your own elderflower cordial!

      Hi Tom! Such a beautiful garden - my parents have a couple of Elderflower trees in their little orchard up north... my first attempt at Elderflower cordial tasted a little like perfume (everyone drank it to humour me) but recently I conquered it! I wonder if Olives could be incorporated somehow...!

      Great to hear you like it!

      I grew up on elderflower cordial made by my Mother - have never made it myself though so good on you for mastering it! Try a splash of it on Eton mess if you're ever making it - Delicious!!
