The blue is a perennial (I think it's some kind of salvia or sage, maybe Victoria Blue salvia aka Mealycup Sage), the rest are annuals except for the purple plant that is detailed in the above comments and identified as Setcreasea pallida 'Purple Heart' and if the yellow plants in the middle of the photo are Black Eyed Susans, they are perennials. Try Googling these plants on Dave's Plant Files or Texas A&M Extension.
