I am certainly not the expert on Clivia, but do have two and a number of seedlings.

I am seeing something similar to your first photo on both of my large plants, and something a bit similar to photo #2 on one of my seedlings.

I recently repotted both of my large plants, and took 4 little plants off of one of them. I had a drainage problem with one of the pots, and a rainy spell caused all my plants to stay wet for too long a time.

I am still blaming too much water on both problems until I find something better to blame the problems on.....☺

What I am saying is that too much water may be the cause of your problem. I generally let my plants get pretty dry between waterings.
