Backsplash for the bathrooms

I am looking for an "easy to install" backsplash for my bathrooms. I'll be doing the work myself and I'm looking for something in vinyl that I can cut with scissors in bright white, preferably with a smooth finish. I'm definitely NOT interested in the wallpaper stuff.

Nothing easier than classic subway tile. You can cut it with a score and snap and use mastic for the install as long as it's not in a wet area. Vinyl is cheesy.
