Have you noticed fewer Oleander Aphids this year?

I've grown (small numbers of) milkweed in containers for the last couple of years. Certainly by August, around here there always has been very noticeable infestations of Oleander Aphids (the yellow-orange buggers often with black legs) on every plant - especially around the flowers. This summer - nothing.

Curious if others have had a similar (happy) experience this year.
