I was thinning out some leaves on my tomatoes and noticed some white specks on my leaves, took a closer look and spotted tiny green insects under the leaves, these areas of the plants don't look to healthy so I'm guessing I have to deal with some pests now on top of fungle disease. Any idea what these are? I took the picks with my phone, I know there not the best,
