Nope, no photos of my own. I don't have it; I'm thinking of buying it. 'Peeping Tom' is and has long been my favorite daffodil (it has personality!)--apparently the commercial stocks of it (Tom) are now virused and so it's no longer being sold--but 'Tweety Bird' is supposed to be very like it, and indeed perhaps (I'm told) of the same unknown-to-me parentage (hence my question)...

I'm thinking of buying it too now that I have discovered it. I love the swept back petals - like hair in a breeze. And the long nose. My favourite daffodils are the trumpets, by far.

What a pity that Peeping Tom has virus now. I guess that's what happens when daffodils gaze through one too many windows. They should stick to looking into ponds. Do you know how this has revealed itself in PT? Is it streaked?

I would love to know Tweety Pie's parentage too. Hopefully the breeder took careful notes.

All the daffodils with swept back petals owe the look to the original cyclamineus species, if you'd like to see if parentage information is available search for ' daffseek' and enter the name there. If the breeder gave the info when registering it will be listed.

teeety bird has nothing, but PT has a few 'kids' and a parent.

i think the virus in PT shows as steaks in the foliage. If I look hard enough certain years I can see it... But I've seen worse! Haha, Tete-a-tete I guess he's not the only daff who gets around !

Rapture looks similar to tweety, except for those cute "lips" on tweety, and is on a slightly shorter stem.
