I have the white Zeus extreme. It is a nice real white without speckles (something I personally don't like about some white Quartz options).

Quartz is an option or you could go with Super White Quartzite which is a granite that looks like a marble. If you want some movement to it Super White is the way to go, if you want just plain white, Quartz is your best option. Both are going be very hard to scratch and are resistant to heat up to 800 degrees.
