Yes but be aware that pruning it will
become a regular annual chore on your To Do List in the Spring.

PS - You may want to check Bobo (but the blooms are as not as green), Wedding Gown (but it has a different type of flowers) or the Hydrangea City Line Series too that
includes small mophead hydrangeas like Berlin, Mars, Paris, Venice,
Vienna, etc. (but the list has no "green ones" like LL).

Wouldn't be hard to do. Simply prune in early spring to about a third of the size you want.

I pruned mine back hard, and they are over 5' tall. This is their 3rd summer.

Beautiful! I know I'll never see that kind of growth here. I have one in a pot that is just now forming a few buds. It's really not cold enough here in winter but I always want the stuff that isn't recommended for my zone.

Looks like it might be an uphill battle at 5'. My lone specimen is now 6x6' (three years in-ground) and I'm gonna be forced to re-site AND hard-prune come Spring. Always need a reason to get out and dig, anyway. :P Aside from that, the bloom / attractiveness factor is off the charts so whatever effort you need to put into these will be totally worth it.
