I'm planning on using this tile for a kitchen back splash in white. I plan on filling the spaces with a half tile so it's all even and using a plain white bullnose.

Stainless steel goes well with all most any color background , using white grout in these tiles will help the white wall flow into the mosaic , you could use a white or silver edger as bullnose being 10 or 15 mm thick may stand out higher than the tile level.
