My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stone veneer

I love the fireplace stone veneer you used on this project. Might you tell me what it is?

    I believe it was "Eldorado" or similar concrete cast veneer to look like real stone. The existing brick underneath was 1965 funky, so by using this veneer with the new roofing material and rainscreen cladding, it totally transformed the exterior!
