translation of marking

I have beentrying for a lengthy period to have the markings on this antique censer translated,any helpwouldbegreatly appreciated.

Hi, the mark called "Xuande Nian Zhi", it's a popular censer mark. I am interested in this item, do you consider to sell?

Hi I havent actually thought about it as i didnt know what it is was or if it was worth anything.
