How Grows It?

Every mm of green on this Plumeria has taken form since April 2015. I am shocked that what was once a barren stick in a pot of dirt with a craggly root protruding from the base of the container has taken so to my less then ideal indoor-only garden. I doubt we'll be seeing an inflow any time soon. . . but seeing these immense and vibrant leaves seemingly rejoice in our climate controlled concrete jungle keeps me hopeful for its continued happiness and vitality. For its last 2 feedings/waterings I switched to a 4-8-7, then 2-7-7 in hopes of encouraging bloom production, any expert recommendations on that? I allowed it to dry out between, using a digital moisture meter, was a little surprised to awaken to my 1st yellow bottom leaf less then 8hrs after last feeding, but not really worried about losing 1 old leaf, just think timing and spontaneous entirely yellow leaf was curious...
