im not sure whats wrong with it please help

i have an aloe cha-cha which doesnt seem to be very popular or not many people have issues with them i guess but i am and i cant find any information on how to fix it i got it about 3 months ago and i keep it on the shelf of a window that only gets direct sun from around 8am to 11am but the leaves have been curling on the sides and two of the smallest bottom leaves have compleatly dryed out and seem to be dead which from what i could find said its a sign of to much sun so i started pulling it out of the window at 10am but the leaves havnt unfolded yet. i water it then allow the soil to dry as recommended before watering again its in a plastic pot with drainage points on the bottom ive been doing this for almost a month now and not much has changed but one of the under leaves has started to swell or become bloated with what im guessing is liquid because its sort of squishy when touched i dont know whats wrong with it please help

it sits on the shelf with two cacti that seem to be doing just fine
