Looking for decorative conduit covers, are these metal? Where did you purchase them? Thanks

I have nothing to do with this installation, but as a Master Electrician I can tell you that the conduit you see pictured is EMT aka electrical metallic tubing. It is a common way to run circuits on an interior surface and have them protected. Any certified electrician can install this raceway as it is very common material.
