Hi, will this fan work in the United States on 110 voltage?

how do the blades work without rattling the crystals when the fan is on? or will the crystals rattle? for assembly do we need to place each crystal strand ourselves? thanks!

also how do we pick which rods, does it come with all the rods so we can choose whichone to use if we have a lower ceiling fan?

The standard length of the rod is 5". and pls let us if you want to change it after you take a order
