My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Sample material? Return shipping costs?

Can you provide a sample swatch of the material for the orange Cashmere Lounge Chair. Also, can you give me an estimate of return shipping cost if we decide to return the chair? If we return the chair, do we pay any costs other than the return shipping cost (e.g., restocking fee or your original shipping cost (since there is no charge for shipping to us)?

    Unfortunately, we do not provide swatches. If you return the chair you will only pay return shipping costs. The return shipping costs is based on your location. Where are you located so I can calculate it for you.
