How many yrs old is limestone pool deck?

I'm also in CT (Rowayton) and have been told limetone won't hold up through winters and must use bluestone instead. Thanks!

    It is 5 years old. Lasts well and I believe it is a fine alternative to Bluestone. Have the detractors given you any concrete evidence as to why Limestone is inferior?

    I'm told the freeze/thaw cycles create cracks & crazing. Maybe this is a very hard type of limestone?

    It is a hard Limestone, and so far there has been no evidence of cracking or crazing or any other type of deterioration.

    @Caledonia Did you ever end up using the Eramosa? I also live in Rowayton and have been told the same thing.
