My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The wood is gunstock grade walnut and the stone is my favorite - Calacatta marble with a hones finish.

Everyone keeps trying to steer me away from marble in the kitchen. Have you seen a kitchen with marble after a few years of use? Are the owners still happy with it?

I think it is either Rejuvenation Lighting or Renovation Hardware. I just checked my files and don't have it listed and the job folder has been archived.

What's the stain finish on the walnut or is that Danish oil with a polyurethane coat to bring out the dark contrasts in the walnut?
