Congrats on the flower spike! It's always exciting getting orchids to bloom again. No matter how many times it happens, it never gets old. :)

As for the damage to the Phalaenopsis leaves, it looks like they were sunburned. It could've been worse. Thankfully it wasn't. I wouldn't recommend cutting the leaf off. The undamaged parts can still perform photosynthesis and contribute to your Phal's overall health. It may not look all that great, but the leaf is still viable. Newer leaves will eventually grow out and cover that up somewhat. Just give it some time, and try not to let it get exposed to excessive sunlight in the future. For now, just sit back and enjoy your new blooms. :)
