Is this 'Elvas '?

This has been in a southern exposure all summer, and is blooming its head off (out amongst the weeds!). It doesn't quite look like other pictures of Elvas that i can find.

Is it fragrant? Any chance it could be Blossom Peacock? Your picture is rather small so it's difficult to tell.

It has a mild, sweet scent. More buds are emerging now. Looking at pictures of Blossom Peacock, that's got to be what it is.
