You have so many squares and right angles going on, you need something to soften things up. I'd love to see a live edge coffee table in your space. [houzz=https://www.houzz.com/products/two-tier-black-walnut-coffee-table-prvw-vr~22267142]

The term "lounge" brings to mind an inviting place to sit, but all the surfaces (even the chairs) look hard, boxy and dark. The coffee table may not be useful as no one sitting in the chairs could comfortably reach it to put down their coffee. It should be no more than 18" from any seat. Consider circling the chairs around a large round coffee table. I'd remove the current table first and see how well these chairs can sit in a circle. Measure to see how much space you'll need for people to access the chairs and reach the table when seated. This steel table would contrast with the floor and has an open base to be more airy, yet carries off the masculine vibe of the chairs. A second option would be to break the chairs into two groups of three, each group circled around a smaller coffee table. Some green plants would soften the space. Your company may already engage a service that provides and cares for plants in the building. I'd also suggest some art for the large. blank wall; see www.greatbigcanvas.com

Or to modernize and add color, here is a coffee table you can customize with color. I would lean towards the turquoise. Then add some wall art in complimentary colors. http://www.wayfair.com/Urbangreen-Furniture-Media-Coffee-Table-MED8C-UBGR1299.html
