Laurie, do you have them where they are in sunlight and very warm or is it cooler?

Is your soil a gritty mix or does it hold water.

I have had seedlings go this way and it can be from too much water, but many times it can be a lack of moisture.

Tell us what your conditions are for them.

They are in little pots in front of a window that gets direct sunlight. They are in cactus soil that says fast draining. Not sure right now if the pots they are I have a drainage hole one the bottom. Will check on that. I sent an email to Marie Tran and she thinks they are under watered. I used to gro plumerias and over watered a few so I am always worried about over watering now. When I squeeze the caudexes they feel almost hallow. So worried I am going to lose these little ones!

Laurie, I have had Adeniums go soft from lack water, but you need to make sure first that your pot does have drain holes. Although, you should be able to tell by the weight of the pot when lifted if familiar with weight when dry and wet.

Well I just checked and those pots do not have drain holes. Awhile back I had did some repotting and used what I ould find in the garage, and those pots are the only ones without. So today I will be getting a few new pots, a bag of new cactus soil, and doing some repotting! Thank you so so much Rick. I will keep you updated.
