Which BBQ - Lynx or Alfresco?

I'm considering upgrading my grill (currently a 9 Yr old BBQ Galore Turbo that's held up reasonably well). We're in Southern California near the ocean, and grill probably 3+ times a week. Mostly steak/chicken - but I'd like a rotisserie and flexibility for other foods as well.

I'm considering Lynx and Alfresco. I'm leaning towards Alfresco for the following reasons:
- integrated rotisserie
- built in smoker box
- price

On the last item - generally alfresco is more expensive but I can get a floor model at an open dealer ((including cart) for nearly $1800 less than the corresponding Lynx.

Questions:
- ignoring price, what would be your pick and why
- how durable are these grills. For the money, I'd expect either to last for 25 years - and I've read mixed thing about this. Wondering if I'm better off going for a weber summit and panning to replace more frequently
- how important (and durable) is the seat? I've heard that the alfresco doesn't really need it (gets really hot without it) but the Lynx does

Thanks!
