Has anyone ever experienced female flowers blooming before any male flowers on a watermelon plant? I dont have any pics but my plant is about 5 weeks old and has a bunch of males ready to bloom. The first bloomer though was a female and the flower has already closed up. Im sure ill just wait for another female. I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this.
