What to do? Pumpkins are ready now but need them in 2 weeks

I help run the Garden Club at my kids' elementary school. This summer the kids grew different kinds of pumpkins (and gourds) that are to be sold at the annual Fall Social, which happens in about 2 weeks.

It seems the pumpkins are ready to harvest now. What do I need to do right after harvesting them to make sure they last and still look great in 2 weeks?

The more I research this the more I get confused. o_0

The varieties are Jarrahdale, Lumina, Baby Pan, and Jack O'Lantern.

Thanks!
