One
of these plants is in bad shape, and the other looks like it is
following suit. I first noticed that the top leaves started to curl up,
and thought it might just need some water sprayed on it, because it's
been pretty dry in Philly the past few weeks.

However, I noticed a few days later that more leaves were wilting, and turning yellow. I'm posting pictures below.

After looking online, I'm afraid it could be Spotted Wilt, but I'd like confirmation and further instructions. Thanks!
