I probably would not share that one but I have fed them some of my plain T-Shirts before and while it took a bit for them to get through it they only thing left was the elastic.

You are correct it is best to have a bin that has multiple types of materials. I use toilet paper rolls, shredded newspaper, cut up cardboard, and burlap in my bins and add food to the different layers.

There is not set pattern for making bedding for worms whatever seems to work for you. As for cardboard I presoak it before adding otherwise it will take a long time just to get it even just moist.
