I have a slightly odd question. I have some pothos stems that have been in water to root for about a week. They have already developed little white beginnings of roots. I am travelling by train tomorrow to visit a friend and wanted to bring them with me to give my friend. I figured the easiest way would be to just take them out of water and put them in a ziploc bag for the trip of a couple hours. My question is how long can pothos stems stay out of water after they have started rooting before the roots or stems will die? Can they be out a few hours? Days? Just curious. Thanks!! :)
