First fuchsia looks like Beacon or Display (sometimes called June Bride). I'm almost certain the second is lady thumb, while the last is indeed Deltas Sarah. I don't recognize the third one (sorry).

My experience is based on the Pacific Northwest (vancouver, bc) and they are indeed frost hardy when planted in the ground. However, they will likely die to the ground when a frost hits and regrow the next spring from the base (mulching helps but is not necessary for established plants). It sounds like your winters are milder than mine so you may not experience a complete die back. Either way don't prune the dead branches until new growth appears in the spring.
