This is a "segmental wall unit" style, meaning pre-fabricated from concrete. It Celtic Wall and I think it's the best of the pre-fab'd because the units are various sizes, shapes and colors which best mimics real stone. Our supplier here in the PNW is Mutual Materials. But there may be a source closer to wherever you are. It always makes sense to find a local source, because it costs and arm and a leg to transport.
