Bean Trellis, How Tall?

I think most of the sources say to build bean trellis about 8' tall. My bamboo sticks are about 20' to 25' long. So I'm thinking of cutting them by half. With several inches in ground and at the top, I can build up to 10' tall trellis. From what I've seen, some of the pole grow taller than 8', particularly the hyacinth beans. So I'm not sure if 10' is too tall and has any stability issue. Or maybe I should install something like end posts. The trellis will be likely about 20'+ long.
