I love how other gardeners help one another! That's why we're
gardeners; we are educators as well as gardeners. I have seen younger
gardeners on here and am amazed & delighted to see them participate
fully! Making my grand kids understand the natural world, how it
makes our life better and teaches them the basics of ecology is a big
goal for me as a grandparent. Even a drive with my rugrats becomes a
time, as we see thing that interests them out the car window, I can
explain how nature nurtures us and how we need to nurture & protect
it so their children can have a better world. (Of course, they probably
think Grammaw is just blathering, but maybe some of it will stick!)
