also what position do you have it in as the newer growth on the plant looks stretched out - has it been in a sheltered spot?

Mariy, outside of what Phil & Gill have asked and mentioned. Your plant looks fine. The yellowing leaves could be just a natural occurrence due to repotting or changes in growing placement.

Where you live. You can have outside enjoying the sun all year. Just make sure it is free draining soil, so if you get a lot of rain that it will drain and not sit wet.
