Are you sure that is ONE clump, not merely three separate plants.

Meds are notoriously difficult to separate from a single clump. They are also VERY variable..., some are more single trunking, some densely clustering, so separately will not necessary leave you with a single trunking palm. In any event, yours look fairly separated already, so may be possible to divide..., assuming it IS a clump.

okay i checked the rootball and cut off the small growing shoots and i tried to see and check if i could seperate the tree big palms but they were stuck together solid.so where do i go from here then.

you sure picked the wrong species if you don't like a suckering palm… this one will continue to produce suckers constantly. Suckers taken off rarely survive. but if you trim each and every sucker for years, sometimes the plant gets 'exhausted' and decreases its rate of suckering.
