Hi. Thanks for your question. The floors were existing oak floors that were a mixed cut, which we stained dark - I think the stain was Minwax "Jacobean." The walls were new, rift-sawn white oak. These were finished with a light pickling-type stain that we worked out on site with the finishing contractor.
