My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is this really the correct tag??

I got this plant from the Louisiana Orchid connection's eBay store. It was sold to me and says on the tag as: Phal. chienlung happy girl (Penang girl x ks happy eagle). I never knew whether it was a clone of a plant or seed grown. I guess it could be a seedling cross but it's resemblance of a Bellina just puts me at doubt! I won't say it's not absolutely gorgeous though! :)
