It looks alive to me. Hopefully, you are not keeping it indoors. It needs to be outside all year round. In winter it needs to be protected.

Perfect i think its doing well i live in las vegas an i keep it outside all the time under a filtered patio umbrella, what should i do in the winter for it ? Our colds here get to about 40

I am not sure how far south juniper grows well. But with that kind of lows you can just keep it in its pot outside. Just reduce the water considerably. They do not like to be wet at all. Lot like succulents. Someone who is more familiar with growing junipers in your zone will be more helpful.
