Sambucus canadensis

Not too many know of this valuable fruit one can grow, they actually taste pretty good picked right off the bush.

Grown out at the acreage,..most ripened this year in good summer heat.

Mom grows Elderberry with red berries, didn't know that they were edible or are some better than others

Well...with the red hardier ones, you don't want to eat them, they can be toxic, especially in the seeds from what I've heard.
