greenhouse or dormancy

Hi everyone! My Mom gave me a 6 inch cutting from her plumeria last year. It got leaves, but no blooms and then it went into dormancy by around January. I transplanted it into a bigger pot this Spring and it is now about 2 feet tall and has a large flower spike. Four of the buds have opened so far into beautiful pink flowers with a slightly yellow center. My question is this: at the high school where I teach, we have a large greenhouse. Should I let my plumeria go into dormancy again or should I bring it to the greenhouse and see if I can keep it awake? Another possibility is letting it go dormant but then bringing it to the greenhouse in late March to get an early start. What do you think?
