Simple light supplement for house plants over winter?

I live in Michigan and have very cold winters with relatively low light compared to summer. I am new to house plants, but bought several over the summer and would like them to stay healthy over the winter. I have 2 long trailing pothos as well as small starters I propagated, zz plant, long trailing philodendron, large corn plant, jade plant, large snake plant, small snake plant, geranium ivy, peace lily and sure to get more. (I'm addicted!)

Should I supplement with a grow light? I don't want anything extreme, but do want to keep them very healthy and happy and ready to thrive again come spring. Can anyone recommend a simple easy light regimen? Thanks!
