Tiny bath renovation complete

1960 ranch style home "master bath"

Old shower door would open approximately 60% before encountering toilet. I'm 6'6 and couldn't stand fully upright in shower due to lowered ceiling. Relocated shower to exterior wall and eliminated small hallway linen closet. Frameless enclosure to be installed this week.

Thanks very muchI believe the footprint of this space is 5'x9'. My Neghbor and I took it down to studs. Although I've just discovered that we ran a hot water supply to my toilet

HOLY MOLY! I think you win the "most dramatic upgrade" prize :) Very cool! Love that you put accent lighting under the sink. Enjoy!

Wow, what a huge difference! Looks very lovely...so streamlined. The before picture, with the side counter blocking full access to the sink is hilarious.

Well at least you won't get any condensation on your tank now.

Beautiful transformation. It's hard to believe it is the same space.

I'm a fly by the seat of my pants type guy. Completely hauled the old bathroom out one bucket at a time. It wasn't until we were down to bare studs with a clean slate that a vision for the space occurred to me.

What a terrific transformation. I think that shower is great. Very Cool.

Wow, impressive transformation! My hubby insists on having the hot water ran to the toilet. He figures it helps clean the bowl when flushed and gets the hot water to the bathroom a little faster when you are washing up after using the toilet. Makes sense to me I guess!

Well , that is just about the most impressive small bath reveal I've seen. Well done. Did you do it all yourself?

Thanks very much. My next door neighbor and I did everything but the frameless enclosure. $1100 for the glass. I'll post when installed

The glass block window is a cool feature and it is interesting how you inset the mirror in the tile back-splash. The bathroom feels spacious.

Looks amazing. Can you tell me what you used to tile the portion of the walls where the tile only goes up a few inches (and the rest is paint)? Did you use a bullnose tile? or did you use rectangular floor tile cut to that size?

We're going with Moen 90 degree as well for shower and s6705 faucet. How do you like the fixtures so far?

I like the tiled in mirror idea and the under vanity lighting. Great choices.
